What kind of shipping services do you offer?
Orders are shipped via regular ground service. However, if you need expedited options such as
next day delivery, call us at +27 10 226 9116 and one of our customer service agents will assist in
quoting you your desired shipping method.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Orders that are placed by 12pm EST usually ship out the following day and delivery occurs within
1-6 business days depending on the item ordered and the shipping location.
What is your return policy?
If we have provided you with incorrect or faulty products, our company will take full
accountability and will assist you in arranging a return. Returns for correct/undamaged products
are in most cases accepted though this is not always the case.

I would rather pick up my order to avoid shipping charges, where can I do this?
Our store is an online retailer and we do not have a walk-in store. But however, you can contact

Do your products require a prescription?
Most of our products do not require a prescription. Those that do are otherwise indicated on the

Is there a limit to the number of products I could buy?
There are no limits when ordering in bulk. Simply choose the quantity desired and proceed to our
easy check out process. When considering a bulk order, we encourage you to confirm with our
staff so that we may check inventory for you. We will otherwise contact you should any shortages
occur.
Please note that some products have a minimum order quantity, this should be stated on the
website, but our staff will always confirm this before sending you an invoice for payment once
your order is placed.
How do you ensure my information is not exposed?
We do not sell your information to 3rd parties or any other entity. We do not store your credit
card information on file; therefore, an invoice is sent to you to make an EFT (payment). All
transactions on our site are encrypted with SSL technology.
How can I request a quote?

Can I pay for my order afterwards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD payment terms. All orders are to be fully paid for before we
fulfil deliveries or collection.
Do you rent out medical equipment?
Unfortunately, we do not rent our medical products. All products are only available for purchase.
When do I receive my order?
For local orders delivery is estimated to be 2 to 5 working days. For international shipments
delivery varies from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the type of medical equipment.
Where is your company located?
Our offices are in Sandown, Johannesburg. However, we have different warehouses in
Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban from where we ship incoming orders.
